Macarons have a reputation for being difficult, and honestly, that reputation is well earned. In this workshop, you will learn why, and more importantly, how to work through it. We start from the very beginning, understanding what a macaron actually is and building up the core techniques step by step.
This is a fully hands-on class, in a small group of around ten people, and everyone works their own batter and bakes their own batches from start to finish. Throughout the class, expect plenty of one-on-one attention, moving from person to person, checking in on your batter, your piping, and your bake, and guiding you through any adjustments right as they come up. You will make the batter, pipe, and bake several times over the course of the class, so the techniques actually start to feel natural rather than just something you watched once. Then we explore a couple of different ways to fill them, from simple to a little more refined.
This class is best suited for those just starting their macaron journey, and you will leave with a real feel for the process, plenty of macarons to take home, and the confidence that a few bumps along the way are simply part of getting there.

Halloween is the perfect excuse to make baking a little more mischievous. In this workshop, we’ll spend the afternoon creating a whole collection of spooky treats together, from creepy cupcakes and witch’s fingers to gravestone cookies and a little edible graveyard complete with chocolate “dirt” and jelly worms.
This is a hands-on family workshop, with children and adults baking and decorating alongside each other. Everyone gets their own treats to decorate and take home, making it an experience the whole family can enjoy together.
Come in costume, bring your best Halloween spirit, and prepare to get a little messy along the way.
You’ll leave with a box full of spooky creations and, hopefully, a very good Halloween afternoon behind you.
Recommended for children aged 6+ accompanied by a participating adult. No previous baking experience needed.
Michelin Made Easy
ca. 4-5h
* offered in both English and German
Real dishes from real Michelin starred restaurants and chefs, made approachable for everyday home cooks, no professional training or serious hobby chef skills required. Some fine dining recipes are surprisingly achievable exactly as they are, and we’ll cook those together just as the chefs intended. For the more complex ones, the kind built around techniques, equipment, or teams of chefs that aren’t realistic at home, we rebuild them step by step, swapping in smart, doable shortcuts without losing what makes the dish special. You’ll learn how to simplify complex components, work around missing equipment, and use plating techniques that make any dish look and feel restaurant worthy. No intimidation, no professional gear, just the confidence to recreate something genuinely impressive at home.
