My name is Aleksandra and I am a professional chef. My professional culinary journey started 15 years ago – I have worked in luxury hotels and gourmet restaurants around the world, in our family bakery and pastry shop, and in other different fields of gastronomy. Vienna is my home, where I live with my family, work as a private chef, but also teach and organize workshops & masterclasses through PureBaking Vienna!

Sharing knowledge and helping people improve their cooking and baking skills is my huge passion. But the concept of PureBaking Vienna is also about connection and knowledge exchange with other professionals in the business. We are bringing international chefs to Vienna and organizing cooking and baking masterclasses for professionals and hobby chefs/bakers.
